Skyline R33 Helical LSD question

I would like to purchase and install an LSD into my current open diff 240sx (92).

The lsd i am looking at "Comes with 5 bolt axles with longer bolts and S13 differential cover" - will this be all thats needed for the swap?

Will my automatic transmission driveshaft bolt up to this without any modification? - i read a post where someone used a skyline driveshaft because he had an automatic...

Sorry for being such a noob but i from reading the forum i got the impression that Hlsd are better than Vlsd - is this correct?
