You realize that being on "extended vacation" will not let you purchace a car through a dealer? The only way you could buy a car would be to buy through a private seller. Dealers won't let you buy a car if you are not a resident of the country. You also have to prove that you have a parking space rented before they let you go with the car. Also, if the car doesn't have sha-ken or if the sha-ken is close to coming due, you'll pay for that as well.
