It seems like that guy that came in here a few months ago was legit. My friend got it in the mail I haven't found it on newsstands yet. He said it is a GUIDE for putting a RB25DET into a S14 chassis. He said it is a very good article and pretty extensive. Can't wait to get my hands on one. Of course the rb25 clips are almost impossible to get now though. Hope it helps some people

all this is going to do is drive prices up higher than they already are, and it is going to start getting even more difficult, if that is possible, to find a rb25 clip! luckily for me i already have one reserved!! hahah

Do you thnk the artical in the magazine would help for the swap into the s13 since they have almost the same chassis?

not if it is just an article about the car itself, which is what i am reading right now! but if it is a new issue, it might help? many of the install points are very close if not the same! but i could be wrong, not doing a s14 myself, just the s13!

The install is pretty much the same, alittle of small differences Into a S13... Same results>> Good and Bad!!!

The wirring is the big difference. Not fun in either model........

i have this issue in my hand right now. it has alot of helpful things in it. they have articles about the s13 hybrid they made, putting a rb25det in an s14 and one about a turbo ka. The sources are Jim Wolf, Mckinney motorsports, the one and only Night Szevyn Racing, Super Tuner motorsports, and unStable Hybrids. the rb25det article has ten pages of info

Now everybody and their brothers are going to want a 240 now.

..surprised I haven't read anything about a crazy Civic/Integra owner trying to drop a RB-series motor in the APC-sponsored ricer

Of course it was legit....it's Dave Coleman....what rock did you crawl out from under? He's easily the best author in the car-related world as far as the technical aspects go. Do you guys just look at all the pretty pictures when you look at SCC? Come on!!!! Wake up.

Super Street? A white S14 didn't happen to make this issue, did it (stereo competition car with complete interior re-worked, sub in the dash, etc.)? They shot my car at last year's NOPI Nationals (September 2002) and I have been waiting to see if and when they were going to use the shots and write-up...

man the 240 is suposto be the rare car that no one gives much credit to. its seems like over night that the 240 is becoming the next integra. We have to do something to get magazines away or b-4 we know it there will be riced out 240's EVERYWARE! god help us.

they may WANT 240's but good luck, they are getting fewer and fewer. don't sweat it. the value of a 240 will be going up and up. just like hachi's. then sell it and get something else.

I doubt this will happen. Everytime I look around someone is looking for a 240. Honestly though I look forward to the more widespread appeal. Competition is a good thing.
