OK, just for kick I emailed a couple of the Nissan dealers in Australia to ask if they could get and ship Skyline parts to me. The anwser came back, to my surprise, No problem! This means getting factory replacement parts from a Nissan dealer. No, more waiting for someone to put it on ebay or have it in stock. All I did was go to Nissan's Australian site and use their dealer locator. I plan on ordering some small stuff soon to see how it goes and post what happens.

I email the parts manager directly and he said to tell him how to ship and what I wanted and he would organize it.

I talked to my local Nissan dealer, and they said that if the part number wasnt in their computer, they couldnt get it. YOu will still be waiting because none of those parts are stocked in the states, unless they were used on an American car.

You will have to do all the legwork probably because they wont have the software to look up the part numbers.

I know superior nissan here in cali can order whatever nissan parts you need. They actually have a comp with all the japanese part numbers for skylines and other cars not in the states. Unfortunately since they order the parts from nissan of japan it takes about a month to receive parts.

I ordered factory head gaskets from RB Motoring. it was $58.00 and everything came in about two weeks. This as easy as it gets.

That's a pretty cheap head gasket. You mean valve/rocker cover gaskets?

Sounds like a good deal. I think FelPro KA headgasket is about $60 too.
