Hey guys, this is my first post on this forum. First I'll give you a little info about me so you know where I'm coming from. I'm a student at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia, but I'm from Northern Virginia and that's where my car is right now. I really miss it. I've got an 89 coupe that I bought for like $2000, it's not much but I really love it. So far the only things I've done to it are installed new rotors, added an electric fan and installed a pretty decent sound system. Well the engine has 175,000 miles on it and the timing chain needs replacing badly, so if I'm going to pull the engine I figure might as well put something a little better back in there. I was planning on an SR swap, but then I started to do some research on the RB, so now I'm planning on putting an RB25DET in my car by September. I've been trying to compile as much info as I can get about this swap. Thank you to everybody who's making this info available. So you might be seeing a post from me every once in a while asking questions if nobody else has the answer posted. Well now on to today's question.

I remember reading somewhere that it is possible to put the gauges from the skyline cluster into the 240sx. Has anyone done this, is it that hard of a thing to do? It would be really nice to not have to deal with any electronic adapters in order to get the speedo and tach to work, and to have a boost gauge that looks stock. Sorry if someone already posted this but I didn't see it.
