skyline front and engine conversion

what do you guys think about this? I want to get it and do a skyline conversion on da front and an engine swap(worth the price?). Is it hard to do a skyline front conversion if u have this front?

i have a 95 240sx

well its gonna be alot more than you got for sure. talk about $15,000 for all the custom work your gonna need and the wiring. Not to mention the custom engine mounts, yada yada yada.If you want a conversion, go SR and get the s15 front, alot less money for sure (bolt-on).

Niether of those statements are entirely true. The RB swap is NOT as expensive as most think it is, although it certainly can be if you choose to make it that way. An RB25 is definatly more expensive than an RB20 (which can often come in less expensive than an SR swap). You don't NEED custom mounts, but you can use them. Do some research before you ask things like this, we have the best RB section on the web, bar none. The info you need is there. The Skyline front end conversion has been done, and does bolt up to a certain point. You will need to do, or have done, some custom body work to get everything flush, and it's probably more money and trouble than you're looking for, then again, so is an S15 conversion.

yea 15k you'd have one nice *** 240 w/a rb25.
