Purple, its me, Erik.

I got my RB26 running in my S14, runs pretty darn good too.

We need to meet up some time like we talked about in the past. Remember, I work at that QT on Peachtree Industrial and McGinnis, right up the road from you.

You work at a QT? Do you know Adam Catron by any chance? He was a manager for a while and worked at various locations. Drives a black SRT4.

Sorry for the thread-jack.

Hey. Would he happen to drive a Maxima as well? I know an Adam that is a manager at a store down the street from me. He is kinda tall, skinny, blackish hair, I think he wears glasses. Kinda cockey.

Nope. Just the SRT4. He's about 6ft, moderate weight, and is quite a nice guy. Just wondered. He kind of floats around to different QT's but most of the time he is at the Cartersville QT.

The RB28 pictured below is from my partnered tuner shop here in Japan. This particular car runs in the HKS drag cup series and to date its run a best of 7.60 second in the quarter mile.

This second RB28 is from the same shop, but this one is a built circuit car. Ususally runs at Central circuit in Hyogo-ken and at Asan circuit in Tokashima-ken

Damn, thats a nice engine from Japan...wished more parts are available in the states for the rb26dett.

P.S.. Off topic, tried looking for you car several times at QT when I gas up but never see any 240. You should drive it more often.

I mainly drive my 04 Frontier or my Yamaha R6. Like to keep the miles off the S14. Engine is too expensive to load up miles on it lol. You well me a day that you would be stopping by with the car and I'll drive mine as well. But, if you do bring it, I can only take a minute, and I mean a minute, to talk with you and see the car because of how hectic we are at QT and because of how anal my managers are.......Hence why we should just meet up one day somewhere for a few minutes or something....

wow those are some nice engines. Wish I could win the lottery or something and start a build-up like that for a 240. Bet there is alot of modifying to fit a RB26DETT in a 240 engine bay though. I think i would be happy with the RB25det though. Still very nice engines

It is most likely bored to 2.8 liters. Hence the rb28 designation.
