so im getting my 91 gst-t for some drifting, heres a list of parts i've gotten but havent put on yet24mm spacers up front10mm spacers in back + nismo extended studs17" rims (still need tires) i still need to get the HICAS removal bar and the spacers for the tie rods for more steering angle, and coilovers

just wondering what else have you guys done to make the skyline a better drift car, and what is the recommended wheel/tire combo to drift with? i want to run 15" rims just because its so much cheaper, but i heard it wont work too well.

I've got a used HICAS locking bar, if your looking at getting one soon. Although I'm in Canada so might not be worth getting it from me I guess. If your just learning, I'd hit up some tire recycling piles(I still do lol). I've found 17's with enough rubber to last a few practice days this way. Just my .02 though.

its the stock rb20detsomeone told me that the spacer up front will help clear the coilovers with the spacers added to the tie rodthe diff is stock, but im saving money for a limited diffim looking into getting an external oil cooler, maybe a better rad, and possibly an intercoolerstock turbo, might upgrade to the r32 gtr turbodont know the condition of the steering wheel gasket, didnt even know about it, lol.and i dunno about that hicas bar matttheripper, shipping might not be worth it since im all the way in japan.

can u explain what a steerign wheel gasket is please! im very interested in figuring out were this steering wheel gasket goes!

and the gt rhas twins not a single turbo, are you talking about swapping the rb25det turbo n your 20? thatd be a good upgrade, better then a new steering wheel bushing.

First off the steering wheel gasket. Thats the squishy thing, between the seat and the wheel. AKA the driver. A good driver can drive a bad car well, a bad driver can't drive a good car well.

RB's throw a ton of heat in the oil. 7 main caps , 6 rod bearings. Turbocharger(or turbochargers in the 26 case). I really don't know that much about the 20s or 25's , but the 26's I know a thing or two. The first thing for drifting, if you want it to survive is to put the biggest oil cooler you can on it. Try and put it somewhere that it gets good directed air flow though the core, somewhere that won't get bashed the first time you hit something.

The GT-R turbo would be a downgrade. They are ceramic exhaust wheel and pretty small overall. I think the stock 20 turbo is ceramic also. They don't like being banged off the limiter for long.

The basics are GT-R related, but get you close on a 20. http://tyndago.googlepages.com/home2
