I am doing a skyline R32 GTS Type M calipers (same as 30mm z32 brakes) swap early next year (on 96 s14). Found this guy selling stuff on ebay

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...%3AIT

those are the ones im talking about.

Anyhow since no one bought his set he agreed to help me do the swap if I drive over there and buy the whole swap for 350.

My question is what kind of brake pads do you recommend for the setup? the car is mostly a daily driver. I want a better than avg performance but mostly its life and low dust/noise level is what im looking for.

Also I have ABS would that be any problem with these cals?

thanx in adavance.

I have no real answers but I damn near bid on that stuff.

I know some people who've had good experiences with the Project Mu B Force pads for spirited daily driving.

Has anyone on this forum tried the now widely available Top Secret brake pads? I imagine you're paying for name, but you never know...

I'm using axxis ultimate. They dust a lot, but it's the kind of dust that comes off by just blowing on it. I've heard the metal masters don't dust as much but they may be noisy being metallic. Don't know what to tell you. This may or may not help http://www.zilvia.net/reviews/showcat.php?cat=20

BTW: I would buy those now before someone owns you. I know I almost did.... ;(

oh yeah...besides the dusting, I think the ultimates are a great pad for your application.

I have metal masters on the stock s13 equipment and they are not noisy at all. Brake dust is manly.

I also bought a set of R32 gts calipers that are sitting in a box waiting to go on and they will swallow a set of metal masters as well.
