Skyline as a Track car

Not sure if this has been asked but,what if you just want to import a skyline as a track car that will never be used on the road,can you just go through an importer or is there other problems?

You would probably have a much easier time with that as long as you could soothe the feds and your local DMV. I'm just guessing here, but they'd probably let it in as long as you surrendered the VIN plate at the docks and trailered it home or somethin of that nature.

Good luck! That sounds like one helluva track car.
