I asked this question a few months ago, the answer is that there are two relays located under the battery tray that control this. They are supposed to be relatively easy to get to after removing your battery. The cost to replace $25 or so, don't remember if that was for both. If it's the right wheel well (passenger side) I think that's your answer. Mine are like ghosts, every 6 months they come on and no traction and then it fixes itself, same eith the power door locks, goes away and comes back in a day. It's another relay. Subsequently.....I have done nothing about either. Ironically both have done it since the car was under original warranty (I am the only owner) so I plan to wait till they both quit permanently to fix them.
