Reel Big Fish's new album goes on sale on the 10th. I highly reccomend it, i've been listening to it the last few days and it's a good one. Picked up a copy at the show I went to with LTJ and Streetlite Manifesto (the former Catch 22.)

RBF: Monkeys for Nothin' and Chimps for Free

So do it! Get it!

ehhh!

I need to expand my SKA collection.

I've been buying older metal and a little bit of punk right now.

well, technically Hammerfall isn't old metal...but it'll fool most who here it without knowing who they are.

I need to get the streetlight....Adam's punkass made me listen to it...good stuff.

I definitely recommend this CD! It's much better than their last few efforts. It reminds me of the "Why do they rock so hard" disk. If you want their best stuff, get "Turn the radio off", I've had that for like 8-9 years, and i'm still not sick of it.

My punkass or a differenet Adam's punkass? Haha.

Dan, how was that show BTW? I'm going to the same on here on August 22nd. PunkNews.org said it was awesome. But I'll make sure I get that album! How much was it at the show? If it's cheap I may just wait until then haha.

It was like 10 or 12 bux, I can't remember exactly.

The show was great, Streetlite and RBF rocked the house. LTJ... not so much but their spoof of the price is right was somewhat entertaining.

i went to RBF, LTJ, and streelight last night and it was out of effin control. LTJ has disappointed me a lot over the past year (ever since In With the Out Crowd came out. yuck.) and last night was no exception, but streelight and RBF were incredible. i skanked for four solid hours. i'm supposed to be moving into my new apartment today and i'm pretty sure i'm too sore to do any heavy lifting now... but it was so worth it.

i also bought the new album at the show and i'm verrrry impressed. i still think Cheer Up! and Turn the Radio Off are my favorite albums though. i only paid $10 for it. definitely worth it.

I will pick it up for sure, and I agree, Turn the Radio Off is my favorite album of theirs.

My g/f used to love RBF and LTJ. I'm curious how the new RBF album sounds, although, I'm more partial to older ska like the original Specials stuff. Even some of the reggae from the 70's was great, similar style.
