When you say that's the correct upsize from stock, does that mean that with the 215/45R17 tire size, the speedo would read correct?

Yes because the dimensions are nearly the same in terms of diameter and circumference.

From the miata.net tire calculator

Specification Sidewall Radius Diameter Circumference Revs/Mile Difference
185/65-15 4.7in 12.2in 24.5in 76.9in 824 0.0%
215/45-17 3.8in 12.3in 24.6in 77.3in 819 0.6%

Hi, I have a 2011 Versa Sedan and right now I am using 225/45R17. How do you think it can affect my car in terms of speedo and mechanics...

Thanks,
V.A.
