I'm thinking on getting some konig Ziege wheels. THe size is 18x7.5 and the offset is 45. Will this wheels fit my 89' 240sx fine.

NO! :pface 45+ is very high offset and the wheel itself is wider than stock. I'm running coilovers and the stock 40+ 6in. wide steels are barely touching my coilovers.

Ok heres the deal my cousin had 18x17.5 rims w/ a +40 offset and they barly fit in, your +45 offset will probly require spacers. Now if you have coil overs they will work fine.

Now how sure are you about that. Cause I plan to do a coilover setup here pretty soon but i don't want to waste my money on rims.

If you have coilovers they'll be fine??? A wheel that wide with a very high offset will DEFINITELY need a spacer if you want to have coilovers. Maybe I'm not understanding correctly. Are you saying there is going to be MORE clearance between the wheel and strut assembly if you have coilovers compared to stock?

yes thats exactly what im saying, if you buy a full coil over set up like tein, jic, apex etc... you will have more room between the rim and strut. This due b/c the stock style strut on the 240 has the large diameter spring seat. a 7.5 rim w/ a +45 offset will fit WITH A FULL COIL OVER KIT!! with out coil overs its like a 98 percent chance youll need spacers
