The size of the socket you need is 21mm or 13/16th inch. As far as the thread size, its 12mmx1.25

One time my wheel stud broke so I had to get that fixed and buy a new lugnut from the dealer. Did you know those little chunks of metal cost $5 each???

I won't even get into the $8 bolt...

That's commonly called "dealer-doubling". You pay out the nose to buy from the dealer. ANY tire/wheel/brake shop has(should have) wheel studs and aftermarket lug nuts. There is no trouble installing aftermarket lug nuts on factory Nissan wheels, as long as the nuts are of a conical seat design. Studs cost about $2.85 retail at anywhere other than the dealer, and lug nuts are usually $1 for nice shiny chrome units.

It's cool, the money didn't come out of my pocket. I blamed the people who installed my new tires for my messed up wheel stud and lugnut, and they compensated me.

But if I were to go out for a new lugnut, where could I find one exactly like the Nissan ones? Is it considered a special factory part or does some other OEM manufacturer make em for Nissan and sells them for cheap elsewhere?

Don't know where else to find new, exact match Nissan lug nuts.

Hmm, I'd say small parts like that ARE outsourced. Third parties are often involved with such items, as the manufacturer can often do much better to buy from a third party than to bring in a complete manufacturing operation to produce lug nuts. Somebody on here must know who makes them(or if) for Nissan.

An easier task by far...would be to make like pals with a parts guy at the local Nissan dealer. Or just about any parts guy, who can buy at wholesale from Nissan, and then sell to you at cost.

Out of these, which ones will be recommended (other than the Duplex Acorns, I don't think they are the right size) Thanks!

The acorn (socket style) is the only acceptable wheel lock design. Trust me when I say, it is by far the stronger design. You won't need the open acorn, but it is also the same design, so it's ok too. The puzzle style lock has weak key design. Imagine all of your strength turning the lug wrench, and the only thing conntecting your arm's turning force to the car is that <tiny> TINY little bit of "puzzle" design that interlocks key to lug nut. I have seen hundreds of these locks ruined.
