Man, i feel like such a noob for asking these questions, but i want to make sure.

I will be running a 225 width tire. will be on coils

for the rear, how will 8in 0 offset fit compared to 8.5in -6 offset?

that's a difference of 1/4in wider on both sides, right?

would that put the wheel edge past the Fender?

Will camber be enough to fit, or will a roll be enough?

?x8 +0 is enough to stick out about an inch. more with the bulge of a 225 and even more with 8.5 -6but both will be fine with about -3 degrees of camber though

edit: 225 with stretch a little on the 8.5 but would fit more or less the same as 8+0

yeah, i'm leaning more towards the 16x8 0offset rather than the 8.5 -6 offset.

but if i understand this correctly, the tire will fit the same under the fender on either size, but just be a little stretched with the 8.5

I've found a couple pics of guys running 8in 0 offset from fit databases. and they look almost exactly even with the fender.

The reason i think i'd go with the 8.5 over the 8 is cause it would probably look better, but i dont even know that for sure...

yeah, 225 will stretch just a little on the 8.5.

people tuck the 8 +0 quite easily on stock fenders with just a tad of - camber.lets do some math.

8 +0 is 4" front space and 4" back space.pretty simple.

8.5 -6 will be 4.48" front space and 3.52" back space, if i did my math right.

so the -6 will stick out ~0.5" more than the 8+0s but the tire will stretch a little more also.

Im running ~4.11" front space and 4.89 back space with about -2 deg of camber and would like to go a little lower offset.

~4" front space seems to be the universal "flush fitment" for the 240

I think you should go for the 8.5 and do whatever it takes to make them fit.
