Sirius radio display problem

I have an M35x 2007 that has had a radio problem with Sirius since new. The "Name" field (middle line) of the "Text' screen does not change when the song changes unless you go off the "Text" screen and back onto it; then it will change. The rest of the info changes normally. The "Status" screens change the "Name" information when the song changes as they should. This makes the "Text" screen useless as far as I am concerned.

The car has been back to the dealer three times for this and I have phoned them multiple times. Once they changed the Sirius module in the trunk but that did not fix it. Now the service manager says this is a normal bug in the radio and that Infiniti does not have a fix for it.

Can this really be the case? Does anyone else with Sirius have this problem?
