Sirius Radio Can not connect

Has anyone had a problem connecting to the Sirius radio. I subscribed to sirius over this past weekend. The sirius radio stations updated, however the sirius radio is locked with no sound. The radio works in all the other modes just not sirius. If anyone had this issue please let me know what the fix was. Thank you
