castro, looks good, I hope are dispute is over. Glad to see you posting.

Curious. I had a very good single cam engine 2 years ago. Couldn't give that thing away. It seemed odd to me. What was odder is nobody came for the free KA24DE either.

Castro is a thug with that single cam. He had to follow me at the track because he was faster then my dual cam. Cool s***.

LIES!

the only way to make power in a 240 is a RB26DETT swap!

everything else is just a flappy piston noise pump

WOW that is possibly the most ignorant and stupid thing i've ever read on these forums.

PLEASE visit KA-T.org or any other site like this. I really am blown away from the stupidity of this post. Would you even know where to start on swapping in a RB26? You have watched tokyo drift way too many times.

Man, as cool as the polished intake tube is...it looks completley out of place in a stock engine bay. Looks nice when you've got polished intake or turbo, and stainless lines everywhere, but I prefer black or gunmetal.

Anyway, for you guys who did rebuilds, what's the average cost to do it yourself?

Yeah, dispute was resolved.now i just gotta deal with the fanboys that wanna pop in and try and talk s***, lol.

Thats one of the big differences with Zilvia/NICO or SoCal/ USA, lol.The KA is a respectable engine in SoCal. Even more so lately. With the SR20 being such a hassle with the increased police harasment and hood popping, the KA-T is becoming an option. you could have sold it for a few hundred in SoCal no prob. And the SOHC has a higher compression, so its a little quiker I hear.

Mines rebuild, so it runs great. Better torque than a SR, which helps if your on a drift course that has you on and off the gas.to not loose boost in a SR20 takes some really advanced and mechanically wearing techniques. (riding the clutch and such).

Part of that is the 15's on the low gears.(auto cross guys run those stupid small rims for a reason.)and 15's are much easier to spin.

Your the reason I have avoided NICO for years.

It doesnt resize em here?I didnt know there was a maximum size.Im not gonna go re-upload photos off a disc to a different size.

guess I wont post anymore pics here.

Hey "Brah", that intake is pretty much retarded. Its the same length as the stock one and I believe it actually holds more air volume.Meaning it doesnt wuiken throttle response, and actually probably slows it.You should move the battery to the back and run it out that side. cut a hole, and run it just above the ground.

This thing sees more abuse than a one legged step child. It meets the rev limiter at least 6 times a day.
