single to twin cam wiring question (pics)

I was doing the dash connector for a ka24e to ka24de swap and i read that i should have some wires left over on the dash connector. I have two wires on the harness that don't match any wires on the dash connector, just trying to make sure its right. Its a 89 240sx coupe.

First pic is the connector.Second is the dash side of it.Third is the green/yellow and green/black wires on the harness side.
