which is the best way to go?my goal is around 450whp so it is reliable.

any info would be of help.

If you really will never want to go above 450 then single. If not then go forged internals and twins. Only problem is single with instalation will be around $7000. Twins with instalation around $10000, then another $6500 for forged interanls.
