single din head unit

ive tried searching for info on this but i couldnt find anything. i was wondering if i can install a single din head unit still keeping the oem dash look. i have an 07 sedan with manual ac controls. not only do i not have enough money for a double din, that i would want, i dont really think ill use it. i wont watch a movie in my car and i live in az so ill never need a gps. any help would be appreciated, also if anyone has any pics of a single din install. thanks!

yeah i saw the metra kits but i dont think they have the same kind of pattern as stock. call me picky but i dont want that in my car. i think itll look out of place.
