I know this should go in the A/V section (I put it there too), but thought I would share here in case anyone else was having the same Coupe trouble I did with this.

Finally got everything to fit perfectly with a universal tray from Crutchfield. Not as clean as I had wanted (cant get the HU trim piece on without doing some major cutting into the OEM surround), but MUCH better than the Metra kit.

I even had trouble with my HVAC and the Metra kit. Didnt fit properly and the defrost button would get stuck. POS...go this route if you can.

I thought about putting near or in the fuse box but chose against it, kind of like it out in the open and functional. To each his own I guess...

QFT! Had the exact issue with mine. Hell...if you pushed too hard the entire HVAC panel would fall inside! Plus, it looks like crap. This textured one looks great, man!

It was so bad that I could actually turn the defrost on and off by pushing on the bottom of the panel, not even close to the button. So much happier with this set-up, worth the extra $ and time to get it done right.
