I have recently been experiencing a single "click" sound when accelerating from a stop or from low coasting speed (~10 mph). It seems to be coming from the front center of the car, sounds like passenger side when in drivers seat, and sounds like drivers side when in passengers seat. I also hear the same sound when at a stop and I change from D to R and vise versa. Could this be an inner CV joint issue? I do not have low CVT fluid or any leaks. Within the last 6 months have replaced all motor/torque mounts. I'm hoping this is not a CVT issue but wouldn't be surprised as my car just rolled over 203k miles. Any advise is much appreciated.

Welcome to NICO Club!

I'm not sure, but I would guess that to be coming from the CVT. Whether that is normal or not I don't really know. If it clicks while you're not moving, then I don't see how it would be a CV joint.

I think, if you're careful about it, you could be parked in your spot, pop the hood, run the engine and have your friend move the selector from D to R and such, keeping a heavy foot on the brake pedal and maybe even having the ebrake on (basically make sure the car isn't gonna move), while you hang your head over the engine to see if you can pinpoint the source of the click a bit better.
