Simultanious Brake and Battery Light

My brother and i just finished installing a kicker amp and a single 10" sub in the car....

on the way home, the brake light and battery light were coming on and flickering together.....what does this mean?

yep an electrical problem it is. I've got that in my car now too. But that was way before I touched my car. The brake light is on but the battery light is very dim and the brake light causes a buzzing? It's a wiring problem. I suspect a bad ground somewhere.

aight, i traced mine to the cig lighter....the cig lighter is not factory and the clips were grounding out
