I have everything wired up, and my fuel pump is not coming on. I checked and my ecm is not grounding my pump relay, thus not kicking on my pump. If if run a jumper to the ground on the relay the pump will naturally kick on. I do have contiunuity from the black with pink stripe wire to the relay so i know i have a good connection there. Anyone have anysuggestions on what to check? Am i missing something?

If the right wires are hooked up i dare say the ecu may be bad.

bypass the fuel pump control module, see if that works.

Does anyone know what signals the ecu to ground the pump? I was thinking it probably was the starter signal wire off of the ecu, but im not 100 percent sure.

thanks josh

ecu provides ground for the pump relay.

i figured out my problem this afternoon. I traced the black/pink wire to the ecm connector and it was in pin 17 instead of pin 18 for some odd reason. I swapped it out and vola the pump works correctly now. I am confused on why the wire was in the wrong position tho.
