Simple Question in search of Simple answer

Please forgive me for asking this but I couldn't find a straight-forward answer to my question while searching:

Will all the parts for a AT to MT swap from a '92 s13 fit into a '95 s14? I know that the driveshaft for the s13 won't fit, but what about all the rest of the parts? I also heard that the actual transmission from the s13 won't fit the s14 (something about the gears not matching up?) ??
