simple question help please

I would just like to know where my blow off valve nipple in the back goes coneccted to? I was watching a video on youtube about blow off valves and the guy was showing ppl what COMPRESSOR SURGE is and im pretty sure that i have it. I have an SR20det s13.

The BOV gets its vacuum source from a port on the trottle body. Just make sure the port actually has vacuum when the engine is on. If the compressor surge sound continues you may need to adjust the tightening screw on the BOV.
