It says Premium Fuel Only, but does Mid Grade hurt performance? I would think yes but if not then I'd try it. California gas prices are insane!

Oh and another question. My Q45 seems to have very little power. It also seems like my acceletator petal is not far enough from the floor. I have yet to experience this cars real power because I just got it and put a new engine in it right away. The car also has a high idle (around 15-1600) but drops down to 800 when in drive. The petal thing really bugs me. I mean friggin 1990 Accords are passing me on the freeway, somethings wrong!

Mid grade gas will significantly effect performance, don't do it. When your new engine was installed they may not have adjusted your throttle linkage properly. When the pedal is on the floor is the throttle body pretty close to wide open? Easy to check with two people.

I'm assuming you're saying that when the petal is to the floor, the throttle body should be wide open, but if it's not then the throttle linkage isn't adjusted properly(?)

Sounds like your throttle linkage is adjusted wrong (High RPM). Disconnect the cables from the TB and see if the idle drops to normal (about 650 at warm idle). Pull the air intake hose and make sure the TB is fully closed when the pedal is not pressed.

The cables should have a slight bit of slack when closed at idle. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE adjust the little screws on the throttle body! If you do it's easier to replace the TB than get it set up correctly again.
