hi im new here,

basically i have a 240 sx coupe and i also go to automotive school. the thing is that for my school project i want to rebuild my ka24 and put a turbo on it so i can learn more about cars.

what i wanna know is it possible to slap a turbo on this motor? if i am rebuilding is there someplace that can guide me in what to do and how to set it up for a turbo? also what kinda rebuild kit would i need and where to buy it....

also is it hard to do? i have tools but no engine lifters or holders. i also have about 6 months of school knowledge and know what most of the parts in the engine are but i dont have 2 much hands on experience. how long would this take? what is the first step i should do? i am kind of lost on how to approach this so if anyone could help me i would really appreicate it.

Yea, if you have a sohc engine, I gots the part for ur turboing needs, hahaha. I'm local too!

And just start reading through the ka-t section, has tons of info on turboing the KA in there.
