Well i've lowered my car and as expected theres a little rubbing on the wiring harness under the driver side fender. so i've pulled the fender off pulled the wiring higher over the metal slit and ziptied it.

after driving around i find that the tire still rubbed the harness and is chewing through it. i've seen tutorials on how to relocate harnesses up more into the fender. but theres not much slack on s14's harnesses compared to s13's. i thought i did a damn good job too . theres one certain section where it rubs. and there isnt much i can do about it.

so ive decided im just going to relocate it into the engine bay. now my question is. do i have to cut the harness and solder+heatshrink every little wire? or can i disconnect it somewhere near the fusebox and pull it through the fender. and if i do cut and solder, do i have to extend the wire? or is the wire already long enough.
