kinda updated the grill...spent maybe $10 on paint to clean up the emblem and outer ring and "door edge guards" to make the horizontals

I sure did, two coats of chrome paint and then two of clear to cover it.

A lot cheaper and less labor than having it dipped and such. May not look completely professional like a new or billet grille would, but cleaned it up some from the faded and tarnished gold.

Is that Mesh over the whole grill ??

Those missing turn signals remind me of the Brake cooloing ducts on my beloved Nascar cars

The mesh attaches to only the inner portion of the grill so the outer ring is exposed, giving it a factory look.

I did a custom grill to. When i was in Vancouver, i went to Canadian Tire and bought some chrome tape. I aonly did one strip because it looks JDM. How much would it be to get my engine cover dipped in chrome? And where can I get it done?

The engine cover is plastic. I don't think you can have it dipped. You can spray paint it though.
