Silvia Sighting in Durham,NC

Of all places in the world I saw a blue S13 today in Durham,NC. Actually my dad saw it (I've taught him all about Imports and how to tell the difference betwwen USDM, JDM and engine differences) and told me about it. I had seen the guy before and he drives a blue S13, a single recaro racing seat, gutted interior, SR20DET, and what looks like a Vertex bumper. Anyone have a clue who it is?
