silvia s15 bad ignitor? please help

first post woo hoo! ok i have a 95 nissan 240sx se w/ a 2001 nissan silvia sr20det w/vvt, and im getting that bad ignitor cutout sucks! ( i know search for the answers) but im having a very hard time trying to identify my ignitor chip. yes iknow its supposed to be black and in line to the ecm. ive searched everywhere took apart the whole harness and nothing. (wtf) the only thing ive found is a yellow box about 1 1/2 inch square w/ no type of identification at all (letters,numbers,etc) in the harness. ive browsed this whole site to try and find the answers, but i pop my hood and nothing in the spots where others have suggested.

s15 sr20det's have a built in ignitor in each coil as far as i know.

David's correct. The ignitors are built into the coils.

thats why i cant find an ignitor chip. does anyone have any idea on what type of coil/plug might directly fit in i dont want to cut and splice my harness. spent over 600 to get this harness from nissan. could the infinti g20 coil/plugs be a direct replacement? also thanks for the info.

ok its not the ignitors any suggestions maf ? cam sensor ? bad ground ? fuel injectors ? any help would be greatly appreciated
