Silvia S14 tacho problem..

I have a problem with my car, the light in the dash ( for the odomenter RPM) and my boost gauge and water temp gauge does not work, and also my position lightning does not work either, but my front lights works...

have found a defect fuse, 10 Amp`s changed it and when i turned on the "lights on" button the fuse popped, tryed with a 15Amp fuse, also pupped.. what could course the problem?

Btw the car is an nissan silvia 2.0 Turbo s14 1996 importet from Japan
