Ok I know a bit about the sr20det and rb engines I am not too familiar with the ka24det, I just baught me a 1991 240sx hatch and it has a 97ka24det with these mods
Top Mounted garret gt28rs
3"downpipe all the way back to hks muffler
Greddy oil sand plate
hks ssq
big front mount
I dont know the maf its not the z32 though
Walbro fuel pump
Unknow aftermarket clutch and flywheel.
Welded rear end
All tein suspension with edfc
AND
Greddy E-manage ultimate with the optional boost sensor, The emanage has the whole harness and I will know what all is hooked up, For sure I know inj-maf-igntion are hooked up
The car is tuned on stock sr20det injectors and unknown maf,
Ok heres my questions

What can the ka24de handle beeing a bone stock engine internaly??>
Right now the car puts down 272 to the wheels with dyno sheet to prove at 6psi,how far can she go?

Also I want to convert the front to silvia s13, Ive been a honda man all my life and also built 1999 g20t with the sr20det swap so im prretty familiar with the sr motors but not the ka
So bout the silvia s13 front is it all bolt on? Im use to doing core supports with integras, Is this needed for the s13 in the pics ive seen it doesnt look like it, It looks like a bolt on clip pretty much, correct me if im wrong,

next q, What maf do I have and what can it max out at? i cant find a part ## on it will take pic if needed

Next q
how much would i benefit from converting to e85? and what kinda diff in timin would i be running? I know with the emanage its easy for it to be tuned and i would need bigger injectors but what kinda power diff will i gain? and what size injectors to run around 10 psi if block can handle it

final q
what size are the sr injectors i dont rememebr i thought they were 370cc but not sure,
Thanks everyone for reading this and i cant wait to post some pics of her shes ugly but has a lotta potential. I will be doing a buildup of this car on here.

nothing done to the internals i wouldnt push it any farther than that why do you need more than 272 WHP?

for a street car stay with pump. 370s are ok for what your trying to do, but if your wanting more id do a z32 maf instead of the crappy small s13 ka maf, larger injectors and a eprom tune then use the emanage to tune it

Ive picked up my z32 today with pigtale, Ok so heres my questions what does the eprom do that my emanage ultimate cannot? My car already is fully tuned on the 6psi with it and I dont see what the eprom will do for me? Explain please lol,

Also' Ive been reading a lot about the emanage and if i use a wideband which i am it will self tune the a/f ratios when u do a base tune, Or if it reads an error, Will it do this when I install my z32 or should I take it to my tuner?
And for the e85 the reasons why I would like to run it is because I pay 2.89+ a gallon for 91oct already and I can get e85 anywhere around here for an av price os 2.05 a gallon and its no lower the 105oct and no higher than 109, I can get 100oct at the pump as well at some places but its around 5.70 a gallon, whichi isnt worth it to me. ive used the e85 round here in my last dc2 integra runnin 17psi tuned on hondata s300 puttin down 387 whp the cars isnt truly for dd but i wouldnt mind doing that when i wanted 2

well you got the good studs and the gasket i think is ok to run higher power

usually i think that the ka's pistons and rings i think would go out first...the block itself is iron...really strong i dont think you would need to do anything to it until mid to high 400 hp

it seems to me like you have experience in boosted cars...the concept in boosting the ka is basically the same as those, im sure you had to build the f*** out of the dc2 to get that amount of power...

Yea Ive put too much money into hondas lol. But they were worth it i wont lie, See i new it was an iron block and its a closed deck also isnt it? Im use to open deck designs and usin block guards and all kinda s*** to not blow h/g . hondas dont like boost lol. but if u do it right they do.
Im trying to find a nice pistons set for it but everythign I find is 8.2:5 or 8.6:5 i wanna run straight 8.0:5 pistons so in future i can boost this thing to all hell. But either of those would work, Has ne one used the supertech coated pistons on a ka yet an had good reviews?
I will be doing a mild buildup on the block next month, Pistons rods and bearins, I still havnt looked into rods but either cp or super tech pistons and acl race bearing set with mains thrust ect..
I would like to see this thing in the 450whp range on e85 which i do believe is possible with the right combos of mods to it.. I want more than enough power to get her sideways lol.
The car itself looks like straight garbage lol also, I baught it because i can rebuild the engine if needed and its got a lotta money into the platform, My true plans are s13 front primered black with 5lug swap and 300zx brakes all round.. then all the rest is cage and motor.
The cars plans for me is to be a weekend drift/warrior car. Something to smash my dads grand national and my unlces turbo regal also lol

Also When I have the car running and idlein it doesnt smoke one bit, When I drive it she does a lil and under a load she does a lil but nothin crazy like my others have doen when i have had ring issues, But when I pull the car into my driveway on a nice incline she smokes a bit, More then when she is drove hard or ne thing, I dont have an oil catch can also I am having my father fab one like the greddy can as we speeek. But why would she smoke like that on incline??

Can anyone answer my questions
Mainly what can an eprom ecu do that my e-manage ultimate cannot?>
Also just realized the ultimate has the map sensor option hooked up and using a map sensor instead of the stock maf so I am selling my z32 maf with pigtail
