My car is not a Nissan, but I have a CA18DET engine. Anyway, I went a little overboard on cooling, and now that it's winter my engine runs too cold on the highway. (Between 150-170 depending on the conditions.) Does anyone know what the dimensions were for the stock radiator that came with the CA? That would help me a lot to find a better replacement.

Thanks,

Darian

they are the same as a ka i believe, you can always place cardboard on a certain section of the rad to help it not cool so efficiently that way you can still stay cool in the hotter months

If you use an electric fan try turning it off during really cold days and see what the temp stays at. I use to do that when it would get really cold and my temp stayed around 175F.

Thanks to all who replied.

I know I can cover part of the radiator, but I was looking for something more permanent. If it's about the same size as the radiator on a 240SX, though, that gives me something to work with.

Thanks,

Darian
