Silvia Headlight question, not install, part# ?

Does anyone have a FSM or parts catalog OR know what the #s for the assemblys are. a buddy is installing his and he cant see to find the numbers for the rubber gromets and parts of the retaining pieces, as well as the fog light holder. also, what type of bulbs do the fogs use on the tri. projectors. thanks.

As he said...I'm having some problems. I am missing one rubber seal now, but the main thing I am missing is the bulb sockets for the JDM fog's. Can I use another bulb/socket combination? Has anyone done this? I enclosed a pic for reference. The one with the back of the headlight shows the socket plug type for what I am missing.
