Got my Silvia Front End Conversion and I don't know what kind of bulbs the headlights take. They are the tri-projector s13 headlights and the fog lights came with a bulb, but the high-beams and low-beams have no bulbs. What kind of bulbs do these use. I would like to get plasma blue bulbs, does anyone know a part number? Also if you got any tips on rewiring for the silvia headlights, I would appreciate them.

i have no experience with those lights, but some lights tell you what kind of bulbs to use on the outside of the lens (mine do). you could call someone who sells the tri-projectors and ask, or look at the connectors and go to a parts store and try to match them up. try h4 or h3 bulbs, as a lot of cars have those.

Bump...I could use this info myself. My tri-projectors came with some very, very dim pink low beams (and blacklight purple corners...lol).

BTW I know this thread is eons old but the high beams are H3 in case anybody else needs to know.

Whatever size they prove to be -probably 9005/9006 or H-3- stay with SilverStar bulbs. The colored crap is for circus wagons and gypsy trains.

alright man, search helps, but im no search nazi so here:

fogs: H3C

Lows: H1 (but they use an H4 adapter, so that the 1 prong bulb plugs into the adapter, which is 3pronged, and plugs into the wiring harness pigtail thing)

Highs: H3

P.S, many auto parts stores dont carry these bulbs. ebay is the cheapest place to get them.
