I like the popups alot when they're down, but hate them when they're up.

I've never seen much talk about the Eastbear headlights here. I like them, but I also think they're kind of ricey.

I like the Silvia front end alot, and I have a coupe, so it would be a more traditional style.

I showed my brother and dad two pictures, and both of them picked the Eastbear's over the Silvia.

What do you guys think?

I heard they east bears are horrible when it comes to lighting the road at night, i would personally go with the silvia front end.

factory popups with HD kit. how dare you try to destroy the classic sports car look by installing stationary headlamps. :pface

Eastbear are classy lookin'. not sure how they would flow on a coupe though.

How about this. You can have th best of both - there are eastbear-type units available that fit inside the retractable housing. talk about perfection :ylsuper

Check it out.

Thanks! Those are pretty cool. Kind of expensive though; about the same price as a Silvia conversion before paint.

That east bear kit looks like crap unless you get a cover for them.

Screw both the silvia front-end and the Eastbear headlights...

It's all about the Grim Lights! :D (note - about $1200+)(AB-Flug)

In all seriousness, I would consider just switching to a sealed beam Bosch H4 conversion. Great lighting for the $60, but if you really can't stand the pop-ups, buying the Knight-Sports light kit (almost exactly like the ClearCorners.Com light kit) that replaces the square unit with two smaller round lights, lowers the height the lights pop-up, and looks cool doing it...

Email me at [email protected] and let me know what I'm looking at. It's going to be a little while though. I just got the car, even though I got laid off last week. And once I get a job, the first things I'm planning on are suspension, 300zx brakes and wheels/tires.

I like those. Why the hell is everything so damn expensive? For headlights?!?!? I could have a good part of my suspension paid for with the cost of these.

Whoops, screwed up. Here's what I ment to put (It's All-Around, not Knight Sports - guess I was stuck on the wonderful FC Knight Sports pics I have on my comp...)

http://takakaira.com/asp/templ...E%60%

Look at Light Kit II. Those are what I was thinking about. They resemble the Knight Sports kit for the FC and also the ClearCorners.com lights. The light kit III ot IV are more my style (III - one rectangular light, rather than two round ones; IV one round, and one rectangular) and price - $479, even though all All-Around kits are cheap when compared to Ab Flug or EastBear. And the Light Kit I is basically a replica EastBear. Remember you get what you pay for, so I'm still lovin the Grim Lights... :)
