Silvia front end fog problem

Hey guys, I recently got done installing my new silvia front end and got the 3 projector. I read up on how to hook up the fog light by using your old front end flip up wires. They said i only use the black and brown wire to hook it up. So i did that worked fine. But now the car wont turn off. Earlier in the day it worked ok, the car turned on and off fine. But now it wont turn off . What did i do wrong? Thanks in advanced!

N.m found the problem! Wires atop of the tire were touching each other. One wire sent power through all the system. A vise versa effect..
