silvia conversion S13 S14 mix, curious?

can you do the silvia conversion with only the fenders, front bumper, corner lamps and use a S14 slant eye projector and S14 hood? or are the corner lamps alot bigger then the ends of the S14 head lamps?

not sure if anyone has done this? if its too small it would look silly but if it matched up? i don t know many conversions near my way so i can get to measure it out and compare......from pics is ee online and the seem to be the same size.....but then again ido wear glasses hehehe

What si wrong with the S13 silvia front?

If you get the non-projector headlights, your lighting is determined by the Halogen bulb you choose... It is also easy to convert into HID if you choose the ricey way...

The "brick" lights are available from Courtesy Nissan at about $370 a pair...

the beams are directed for right hand drive instead of left.....unless silvias in some part of euro has them thats left hand drive

yeah i know my prices for the headlights new and all they look great.....just want proper lighting.....dont wanna be an azz on the road with hids in em and blind on coming traffic....even with adjustment you can only do so much.....

i am ordering either the brick style or dual projectors....and really think about which one i will keep and stick with......or just save for a future S13 =) i may wanna try to experiment with some different parts and see for myself what can work and what not.....

so for my fb i ll just put in hyper whites in the pop up and keep my high beam function and get the philips H3 aux hid kit......sould be bright enough for me.......and then figure out the rest somewhere down the line...

thats entirely my opinion, but the silvia conversion really.. doesn't flow with the hatch body, you should take a look

You are aware you can change the way the headlights aim, right? Its done with this thing called a wrench...

I dont know what you mean the Silvia front doesnt follow the lines of the hatch. There was a company called Kid's Heart in Japan that actually factory produced the Sileighty because of the demand from all the buyers there. It was sort of a take on the Type X with the kouki tails and a nice rear center panel sporting the label "Sileighty".

if the headligths are made for a left hand side then i wouldn't mind doing the conversion, very clean looking and don tneed to worry about the motors going bad in the pop ups

i guess i ll have to see one in person with the lights on at night....to make a choice
