Well, I was SO excited to hear my work recieved my conversion... So I rush there immediately only to see that all of it is nice and boxed up, except the bumper... my AERO BUMPER that I paid ALOT to get OEM.... It is laying on top of the pallet with the plastic around it torn, and there is a huge crack/ break across it.. I mean its horrible... might be fixable, but its doubtful... I saw pictures before it was sent and it wasnt like this.... Firstly, whoever packaged this up wasnt entirely smart, and should have known it would happen. Well, I called up there and was pissed, but I was super polite... they told me that it wasnt insured by the shipper, but I could take pictures and see what they could do... then, on their ebay auction site it says "We do not insure shipping. You will have to file a claim with the shipping company."

Now... I hate to be the one to ruin Jarcos reputation, so Im not jumping to conclusions yet, and Im going to let them see what they can do.. but this sucks... does this mean Im completely screwed if they dont do anything? SUre I wont order my clip from them, and sure there rep might be knocked a little, but in the end, will I get a refund or something on this? Only time will tell...

1200 bucks down the drain? I hope not..

I have bought many parts from jarco including motors. when my rb came in they screwed up the radiator i was pissed so micheal hooooked me up! they gave me a tuned ecuprof bov earls oil cooler and free shipping.

So i am pretty sure that they will fix whatever has happened by replacing it or giving you somthing better.

yes, definitely file a claim with the shipping company ASAP - just in case!

Michael and Joe are really good about ebay customer service - especially clips and conversion (the big stuff)

if it is the shipping company's fault, they will try to find any possible way to get out of it - so every day you wait is a day too long...

Hell, who knows, you might end up with a new bumper from Jarco & a reimbursement from the shipping company.
