Silvia Brake Components

Alright, Im new to the Nico group and I need some help from some other JDM people around here. When I got my silvia, the front brakes needed new rotors and pads to pass inspection, but I had a HELL of a time trying to find the parts. I had been told by a few people that north american S13 ones worked (WRONG) so i tried other suggestions such as maxima pads and altima rotors, again....wrong. Eventually i gave in and just ripped a caliper set off of an S13 240sx and used the 240sx pads/rotors i had already bought. This way I could insure the car and register it and get on with my life lol!

BUT heres my problem. The 240sx setup that i have on there squeeks like a mofo. Ive tried anti-squeel pads, NO anti-squeel pads, anti-squeel pad adhesive etc. and its still giving me headaches

ANYWAY on to the real reason im posting this.I want to go back to my silvia setup, because the calipers are in MUCH better condition, so I need a concrete source for part #'s on CA18 powered silvia/180sx for pads and rotors. Can anyone help me here? Thanks in advance.

P.S. yyyeeesss i did take into account the non-abs thing

Hey if you want nissan part numbers there is a guy on here his name is speedracer... he's got both usdm and jdm nissan FAST lookup, which is what the dealers use for parts reference/lookup. Find him and ask him.. he usually stays in the RWD SR forum.

yea i tried that but he has it hidden, I don't really want to go post a thread in the rwd sr forum saying "speedracer e-mail me, mods delete this thread lol"bah whatever im sure i can grab his attention somehow
