Has anybody here thought of putting a Silvia badge on their V? The thought had passed my mind since I am going to putting something on my new grill once it arrives.

I am curious to know what would possess you to think of doing something like this? The Versa is NOTHING like a Silvia. This would be like me putting a Type-R badge on my 240 vert?! Please entertain us with your thought process as to why you would do this?

Haha you guys are funny, and by all means I agree with you. Its more for paying respect to the nissan name. Just remembered that article where somebody put a infinity logo on a V. Thought it was cool, but still did not fit.

The Versa isn't a 240.

HAha, Im gonna stick to the nissan emblem and just to let you know, I was gonna do that in the first place. Just wanted to know peoples thoughts. I think we can put this thread to bed now and get on with better topics of discussion.

Oh snap. I'm going to put a Ferrari prancing horse on my V. That ought to give me 400 more HP and be faster than my BMW M.

Save your money, kids. Even if that Silvia badget cost $1, it's still $1 you can spend later on in life towards a faster car. Heck, if you invest that dollar wisely, you could probably end up with many times more.

It's fun to mod, I've been there. But there are smart mods and there are stupid ones. A bit obvious which is wiser...

i dont mean any disrespect to the versa at all, but is it even wise to mod it all? it seems like it might be a waste of time

Well, that's not entirely fair. To split hairs, that's more of a graphic than an actual badge. More importantly, unless I am misinformed, that was a one-off concept which I believe was to test the waters for a factory-produced turnkey racer as well as highlight the 5.0L "Cammer" crate motor.

In other news, it's kinda sad that I know that...

I know it wasn't politically correct but I used to get compliments on my badge changes on previous cars. Since my last name is Miller I used to cut the Miller logo off aluminum beer cans and replace the car maker's logo with the aluminum beer label. With the wife and little girls I'm not about to do that to the Versa, though.
