Silver Infiniti G37 Window Tint 35% or 15%

Hi, I'm going to have my windows tinted next week. I can't decide on 15% all around or 35% all around.

My car is a 2010 silver Infiniti G37x. My girlfriend says to go with 15%.

Any advice?

I suggest looking into ceramic tint.

I'm getting the LLumar ceramic tint. The dealer demonstration definitely showed how big of an impact it has on heat reduction. I just can't decide on 35% (too light?) or 15% (too dark?). It's one or the other (no in-between).

The only concern I would have is night visibility, but higher-end tints typically don't have that issue.

You can see my Cadillac in my signature -- the last owner went with some limo-dark levels of tint and used the cheap stuff. Even during the day I have trouble seeing blind spots.

I've heard 15% is ok for viewing, but that 5% really creates some headaches at night...

I wouldn't go darker than 20% on your rear glass. You'll probably have a hard time seeing while backing up.

That certainly would be annoying. I want to go the 15%, but visbility and getting pulled over are legitimate concerns! It seems like aesthetically 15% would look better on the silve (liquid platinum)
