It's my understanding that really the only differences between a "true" Silvia and a 240, is the motor and where the driver sits at.

Hey OP, where was this taken? Some old dude used to own this car (Wilkes, NC). I remember it by the orange clemson pawprints. It used to have walmart foglights in front of the grill (yeah..really).
