here we go again, yes i know it is not a 180sx, it is a 240sx... so then would it be a sil40?.. no bc sil80 was an actual name given by the japanesse bc it was cheaper to put a silvia front on wrecked 180sx's back in the day... so what is mine??? i just call it a sil80 because even more people will get butt hurt if i call it a sil40....there...

I think it looks great and you have me all wrong. I was commenting because every time there is one of these threads the mods are always saying how its not a sil80, its and sil40 which is retarded. I think its a sil80 cause thats what they called them. And i call mine an s14 cause thats what it is. Sorry to start the drama, you guys took me all wrong

I have family in japan that I recently went to go see, and my car is like yours, 240 hatch with s13 silvia front. someone in my extended family over there is big into cars (he has an FD) and whenever I'm there I hang out with him and his crew at least one weekend. they were a pretty serious street race crew about 10 years ago, were even noted in option2 once.

well I was explaining what I had done to my car and one of them said "make sileighty" in a very matter of fact way, nodding his head and smiling in approval. now if those guys thinks it's a sileighty, my take is the debate is over.

and btw, your car looks great. flush wheels in the way to go IMO.

clean car man.
next time try actually moving your car for different shots. it looks like you just parked it one spot and took some point and shoots pics.
try at least turning your wheels for different shots and parking in different locations. using a tripod can help and you could also mess around with different exposures to create an HDR image.
and of course...

Your car is very clean.
Looks real good :dblthumb: Keep it up!.

Too much black for my taste. I think it would look better with different color rims.
Overall very nice.
