Significance of the coil pack on 91-93 240

Alright, I've had this misfiring for the longest, I finally figured out the problem.I changed the spark plugs, went away, and I bought autozone sparkplug wires, I know bad choice.Now I bought NGK.Now my question is this.What is the significane of the 5th wire?If I reused my autozone wire will it be ok.I ask because I by accident bought the 94-98 one, which is the same thing, by NGK, except missing the coilpack wire

the 5th wire should go from the coil to the distributor.

did you check your cap and rotor. then check your injector plug wires.
