anybody know what kind of power the Signal 180SX is making? I know the badass S15 is over 600, but the 180SX is nowhere close to that?

the blue 180? Not sure which one you mean...

I know the blue one was running a greddy TD-06/20g, i think he had around 350-400whp, but its a drift car...

i might be thinking of something else than you though, not sure...

no, not personally.....there is the manifold on Jspec.com for sale...it seems like a real good intermediate turbo, and i was SOOOOOOO close to buying one really recently, but slept on it, and it was gone....i know people running the 20G on their DSM with great results, into the 11's on a stock 2g motor, and full street trim on street tires....

He was talking about a turbo manifold on the exhaust side of the engine. You see turbos have different types of flanges so that they will bolt right onto the manifold. The stock manifold has a t25 flange but this will not accomodate the TD06/20G turbo because its got a different manifold. He was refering to this manifold I believe. http://www.jspec.com/trustdman.html

While we're on the subject of exhaust manis.. does anyone know anything abou this one? http://www.n2zoomn.com/KMDSR20DET.asp

Its about half the price of the ones that Jspec and SRswap sell..it looks quality.. and no pipe welds..

why does nobody run the TD06/20G?? anybody know how its mid range is. I assume its got a pretty good torque curve (not all up top) since its a drift car

HKS GT seires are bolt on, which I think TD06 need new manifold, that might be one reason why..

Is the TD06/20G closely related to a GT series, if so which one?

What housing does the TD06/20G use? It looks like a sweet turbo, but if the flanges dont matchup with the t28 flanges.. then I'd need a $1000 exhaust mani, instead of a $500 one..

Heres something even better. Its a vid of drifter X in Hawaii.http://www.eat-rice.com/drift/drift.wmv

He was also featured in the December 2001 issue with the Jun supra in the salt flats on the cover.

From what I understand, the reason no one uses this turbo is becase the manifold requires some work to clear the steering shaft. The waste gate pipe has to be modified to make it work.

I have also heard of someone using this turbo on a ka24 with pretty much stock everything and making 300hp to the wheels.
